KanjiTron needs Microsoft Windows XP or later to work.

KanjiTron needs time to start up. Running KanjiTron
on a fast PC will reduce the startup time it needs.

Kanjitron has 4608 different operation modes. By comparison,
the famous ATARI 2600 VCS SPACE INVADERS game cartridge
contained 112 different game modes and was state of the art
for home videogaming consoles in 1980.

Kanjitron contains 10220 Japanese glyphs and their English meanings grouped as follows:

1 - 78 are hiragana and katakana
79 - 137 are typographic symbols
138 - 159 are map symbols
160 - 3166 are James Heisig's 'Remember The Kanji' kanji list
3167 - 10220 are other kanji sorted by radical then by increasing number of strokes in each radical group.
